About Us

A group of girls engaged in a baseball or softball practice on a field, with a coach guiding young females who are wearing athletic outfits.

We are building a community for our girls and young women in baseball! As a supplemental program (not to replace your existing Little League or Travel Ball team), we strive to offer MORE opportunities, training and support to keep girls in the game they LOVE playing.

Player Profile

Avery, 13, has been playing baseball for 8 years! She started playing on her local little league team, where her love of the game started. She has since played on a local travel baseball team and on an all girls team at Baseball For All (BFA) Nationals. "It's one of the only sports that give me pure joy."

Her mom, says "I get tears in my eyes when I think about BFA Nationals. It was such an eye-opening experience to see all of these girls with the same passion as Avery. There are so many really amazing, talented girls playing baseball there!"

Avery wants more girls baseball opportunities, so that she can "improve on all the skills [she] needs to make [her] dreams of playing in the Women's Professional Baseball League a reality" and so she doesn't feel like she is the only girl that plays the game.

In September 2024, we hit the field running. We held 3 clinics in the fall of 2024, and officially became a 501c3 nonprofit organization. We held an additional clinic in March, and are working on upcoming clinics, games and workshops for 2025 and beyond.

We are in contact with other Midwest Girls programs in Illinois, Minnesota and Iowa, and look forward to collaborating with them, and scheduling games and tournaments.

We currently have connected with close to 30 girls and young women, ages 7-15 in our state who play baseball! Our goal is to expand our outreach efforts in other areas of Wisconsin to find more girls who play baseball.

Female Leadership

Lilly Rechlitz, a former Baseball for All player and Captain is now a college student in Wisconsin. She is thrilled to be able to help coach and mentor the future female baseball players of Wisconsin.

Through our program, we strive to empower, support and advocate for these girls; showing them that they belong in baseball, the board room and the front office.
